This is a full system build. I analyze the company’s operating model, expose what can’t scale, and design the structure it needs to do so sustainably.

The final product is a complete operating system and leadership playbook: what needs to change, why, and exactly how to do it.

Post-Architecture Support Options

The architecture is built for self-led implementation. If support is needed for rollout, I offer two structured models.

Model 1: COO-Led Implementation | 6 months

I continue in the COO role to lead implementation directly. I oversee the rollout of the system, manage cross-functional alignment, and ensure structural integrity during the transition.

Model 2: Internal Rollout with Advisory Support | Up to 6 months

Monthly Retainer | 1–2 executive advisory calls per week

Implementation is led internally using your existing leadership and resources. I provide structured advisory support to maintain fidelity to the architecture and reinforce decision-making continuity throughout the rollout.
