• Requires direct access to employees at all levels under a no-penalty participation clause.

Structural truth-finding, not open-ended discovery.

Deliverable:
An actionable operational architecture and reform roadmap.

Phase 2:
Execution Engagement

(6 Months, 15–20 hrs/week)

• Hands-on fractional COO implementation of the blueprint.

• Aligns governance, accountability, cadence, and data infrastructure.

• Operates on a fixed-term basis with guaranteed deliverables.

• Operating Hours: 3 PM – 7 PM CET (covering U.S. East Coast mornings).

Engagements are structured for clarity and continuity. Each phase is contracted independently and prepaid in full prior to commencement.
